Hawthorn Bowtie Standard banjo in very good condition.
Mahogany neck and resonator w/ sunburst finish.
Upgraded Tony Pass Lost Timbre 500TS rim.
Blaylock "Beartracks" tone ring.
Neck is full-feeling but not too bulky or chunky. Slightly wider fingerboard. Neck measures 1-1/4" at the nut and 1-27/32" at 12th fret.
Some minor dings throughout from regular use, but no serious cosmetic issues. Structurally in great shape.
Fully set up by former Avenue Guitars owner John Ramsey. Frets had minimal wear when we received it but we dressed them anyway and now they're like new.
Plays beautifully and sounds great with a big, gutsy tone and tons of projection.
Serial number 1003.
Includes non-original Gator hard case. The case fits slightly large around the resonator.
