The Ikon is OME's unique take on a traditional resonator banjo. Features like a radiused fingerboard, 1.34" wide nut, wooden armrest, and "Alpha" MOP inlays set the Ikon apart from your everyday bluegrass banjo.
As part of OME's Professional series, this Ikon features premium maple tonewoods, high-gloss finish, Megatone tone ring, and ivoroid binding.
This custom Ikon was originally slated to be a prize at the legendary Walnut Valley Music Festival in Winfield, KS. In addition to the upgraded Pro features, this banjo has long-lasting EVO Gold fat frets and a beautiful custom "Rising Sun" burst.
Like all OME banjos, the Ikon features top-notch craftsmanship, with immaculate fit and finish and incredible attention to detail.
Plus, it sounds great! This banjo offers players a big, gutsy tone without sacrificing warmth or complexity.

The OME IKON is designed for the advanced player who is after Extreme fingerpicking performance. It features an extra wide 1.34” nut width, a 10” radiused fingerboard, a 0.80” tall bridge, and a pre-war style flange and resonator.
