Mossman Flint Hills Sitka/rosewood dreadnought guitar built in 1977.
We gave the guitar a complete set up, detail, and buff. We also dressed the frets. Good medium action with a bit of room to move either way. 12th fret action is .110" (low E) and .080" (high E), roughly 3.5/32" and 2.5/32".
Lots of finish checking. One large (2") repaired divot in the top as well as a number of dents and dings to body. Moderate wear to neck. Back had some areas where finish had reacted to a vinyl strap, but that largely went away after a buffing session.
Guitar is structurally in great shape. No cracks or repairs other than divot mentioned above.
Aftermarket B-Band pickup still works and still sounds pretty good plugged in.
